Account Executives
Job description:
We are looking for our Account Executives (AE) to join our Singapore location. the AE team prospects, manages and closes deals. Our ideal team member will be a high performing consultative seller who has a history of achieving sales quotas in a performance driven organization (SaaS preferred).
What you will be doing
- Managing a pipeline of active deals from qualification to close
- Reviewing, contacting and qualifying inbound leads
- Generating new leads through outbound prospecting
- Learn and communicate our product offerings to prospects and customers with a consultative approach
- Exceed activity, pipeline and revenue goals monthly
- Consulting with prospects to determine the best solutions for their specific needs
- Conducting demos and/or discovery calls and successfully managing all phases of the selling process
- Maintaining momentum on longer term potential sales
- Guide prospects through our sales cycle while documenting all customer interactions (calls, emails, demos) in Salesforce
- Use a consultative selling approach: Uncover pain points and help prospects realize our value through conversational discovery calls & tailored demos
- Work collaboratively with other teams (Sales Development, Onboarding, Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Support) to drive opportunities across the finish line
- Accurately forecast new revenue each week, month, and quarter by keeping pipeline up to date within Salesforce
What must-have skills we are looking for
- 2-5 years of quota carrying experience, preferably in a SaaS solution selling environment
- Multilingual – English required
- Knowledge of the email & online marketing space preferred
- Proven consultative sales solution skills
- Ability to maintain a high level of productivity, manage multiple competing priorities, and work effectively under the pressure of time constraints in a fast-paced, complex, collaborative, and team-oriented environment
- Self-motivated, go getter mentality and driven attitude where you will work towards achieving new goals
- Excellent communication skills & the ability to relate to others
- Highly coachable, eager to learn and grow
- 6 months or more of experience closing SMB/Mid-Market business or 1 year or more of Sales / Business Development experience (SaaS experience preferred)
- Consistent attainment (and overachievement) of quota and revenue goals in a high-volume, transactional sale
- Experience in a fast-paced environment with many competing priorities. An ability to stay organized and efficiently manage your time
- Familiarity with MEDDICC Sales Methodology & ability to challenge prospects & status quo
- Ability to articulate technical components of a product in a simple and effective manner (Selling Yeastar Cloud PBX requires a deep product knowledge. Learning these functions and clearly expressing their value is what this role is all about)
- An eagerness to become a product expert, understanding how customers are using our dozens of powerful software integrations
